🔄 Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Cosmetics, personal care items, and sale products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Customers must bear return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

• Damaged or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with proof (photos).
